How QuickIPO researches IPOs
QuickIPO exists to make IPO research understandable without hiding the evidence.
1. Official evidence first
We start with the newest applicable official offer documents and exchange/company filings. Earlier document versions are preserved when they matter for Promise vs Delivery. Unknown information stays unknown.
2. Numbers must explain something
Every important number should answer three questions: What is the number? What does it mean? Why does it matter to the IPO story?
3. Six research checks
Our internal deterministic framework checks growth, cash quality, balance-sheet strength, business resilience, how IPO money is used, and valuation. The rules are fixed; AI does not decide the classification. Missing required evidence results in Research pending, not a guessed answer.
4. Public signal
Readers see a simple research classification: Strong fundamentals, Mixed fundamentals, High concerns, or Research pending. The numeric internal calculation is kept in the audit layer and is not shown as a public score.
5. Similar IPOs without hindsight
Comparable IPOs are selected using information that was knowable at their IPO date. Later listing returns and business outcomes are checked only after the shortlist is chosen, so a good or bad future return cannot influence which companies were called “similar”.
6. Human review before publishing
WordPress mechanically checks evidence links, required sections, public numbers and deterministic rules. A human then reviews the exact public preview before publication. Similar IPO approval is also completed at that final human gate.
7. AI assistance
AI may assist with document extraction, comparison and first-draft explanations. Facts, calculations and public claims remain tied to evidence and are reviewed before publication.
What the signal is not
The QuickIPO signal is a research classification, not personalised advice and not an instruction to apply, buy, sell or hold a security. Your circumstances, risk tolerance and time horizon are not part of the classification.
